    • Eligibility: Contest is open to homeowners in the Magic Valley. Participants must be at least 18 years old. Employees of Magic Services and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
    • Submission Guidelines: Participants must submit a clear photograph of their existing electrical panel, along with their name, address, and contact information. Submissions must be original and owned by the participant.
    • Contest Period: Submissions will be accepted from November 1, 2024, to December 15, 2024. Late entries will not be considered.
    • Selection of Winner: Winner will be chosen based on the originality and “ugliness” of their electrical panel as determined by our panel of electricians. The winner will be announced on December 23, 2024.
    • Prize Details: The winner will receive a new electrical panel installed by Magic Services at no charge. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
    • Liability Waiver: By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Magic Services and its affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the contest or acceptance/use of the prize.
    • Use of Submissions: By submitting a photo, participants grant Magic Services the right to use the photo for promotional purposes, including social media, website, and advertising, without additional compensation.
    • Compliance: All entries must comply with local laws and regulations. Magic Services reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet these criteria.
    • Changes to Contest: Magic Services reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time for any reason.
    • Privacy: Participant information will be used solely for the purposes of the contest and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
    • Consent: Contestants consent to having an inspection of their current electrical system done by Magic Services. Failure to comply will result in disqualification from contest.
